What is Raw Honey?
Raw honey is exactly what it sounds like – honey that is raw, unprocessed, unpasteurized, and straight from the beehive. Raw honey is what bees produce directly in the hive. It is what is scraped directly from the honey comb and drained into jars after a light filtering to remove chunks of wax.

Most people do not know that 2/3 of our food supply requires pollination by honey bees. Without the bees, there would be less food. We offer pollination services 9 months out of the year. See our services page for more info.
